Following the early release of the ODIN 2022/23 data on 14 February 2023, a special review was conducted in response to ODIN’s selection for SDG Indicator 17.18.1. This resulted in score changes due to methodology updates that are discussed further in the ODIN 2022/23 Biennial Report. In addition, country scores for 2016-2020 have been updated to reflect the category exemptions for subnational data (first and second administrative data).
